TOOPRE Bicycle Tubeless Tire Sealant Injector Tool Mountain Road Bike Tire Sealant Filling Syringe, Anodized Finish

TOOPRE Bicycle Tubeless Tire Sealant Injector Tool Mountain Road Bike Tire Sealant Filling Syringe, Anodized Finish

The TOOPRE Tubeless Tire Sealant Injector Kit is designed for adding or replacing tubeless tire sealant through a compatible valve stem after the valve core has been removed. The kit includes a nylon injector syringe, threaded aluminum alloy fittings, a flexible hose with a pinch clamp, and a compact multi-function valve tool.

It is suitable for compatible Schrader valves and removable-core Presta valves. The direct-to-valve filling method helps add measured amounts of sealant without unseating the tire bead.

Key Features

• Direct Valve Filling: Designed to inject compatible tubeless tire sealant through a valve stem after removal of the valve core.
• Nylon Injector Body: The injector cylinder is made from nylon and is designed for use with common bicycle tire sealants.
• Threaded Aluminum Alloy Fittings: Aluminum alloy threaded interfaces connect the injector, hose and compatible valve adapter.
• Flexible Hose with Pinch Clamp: Approx. 100mm flexible hose includes a yellow pinch clamp for controlling fluid flow during filling.
• Valve Compatibility: Designed for compatible Schrader valves and Presta valves with removable valve cores.
• Compact 4-in-1 Tool: Includes an anodized aluminum alloy multi-function valve and adapter wrench.

4-in-1 Multi-Function Wrench

The included blue anodized aluminum alloy wrench is designed for the following compatible applications:

1. Removing and installing compatible Schrader valve cores.
2. Removing and installing compatible rim conversion nuts.
3. Removing and installing compatible valve extension rods.
4. Removing and installing compatible removable Presta valve cores.

Usage Instructions

1. Prepare the Kit: Prepare the injector kit and compatible tubeless tire sealant. Tire sealant is not included.
2. Assemble the Injector: Attach the hose assembly to the threaded port of the nylon injector and tighten the aluminum alloy threaded connector securely.
3. Draw Sealant: Remove the valve-end adapter from the hose if required, place the hose end in the sealant bottle, open the yellow pinch clamp, and draw the required quantity of sealant into the injector. Close the clamp before moving the injector.
4. Remove the Valve Core: Position the valve near the top of the wheel to reduce the chance of liquid sealant escaping, then use the supplied tool to remove the compatible valve core.
5. Connect and Inject: Attach the appropriate fitting to the compatible valve stem, open the pinch clamp, and inject sealant gradually. Do not use excessive force if fluid flow is restricted.
6. Reinstall and Inflate: Disconnect the injector, reinstall the valve core securely, inflate the tire to the tire and rim manufacturer's recommended pressure, and check for leaks.
7. Clean After Use: Rinse or clean the injector, hose and fittings promptly after use according to the sealant manufacturer's cleaning instructions to prevent dried sealant buildup.

Compatibility Notice: Presta valves must have removable valve cores. Confirm the valve type, valve-core design and thread compatibility before use. Different sealant formulas may vary in viscosity; clean the tool promptly after use. Always follow the tire, rim, valve and sealant manufacturers' instructions.
