Built for smooth operation and heavy repetitive use, the injector cylinder is crafted from high-grade, high-density nylon material that resists chemical degradation from common latex or synthetic sealants. The plunger moves with minimal friction, preventing sudden spurts or air pockets. Both the injector head and the tire adapters feature precision-machined aluminum alloy threading, ensuring airtight, leak-proof connections that outperform flimsy, press-fit plastic alternatives.

Smart Non-Return Hose Control

The 100mm soft rubber hose features high elasticity and strong sealing capabilities. Integrated directly onto the hose is a yellow non-return control clamp. This pinch-clamp allows mechanics to switch the fluid channel open or shut instantly. It protects against backflow or accidental spills when drawing sealant from the bottle or switching between different bike tires.

4-in-1 Multi-Function Disassembly Wrench

Included in this premium kit is a lightweight, hollowed-out aluminum alloy wrench finished in an anodized blue coat. This pocket-sized tool handles four distinct mechanical tasks:

Disassembly and assembly of standard American (Schrader) valve cores.
Removal and installation of structural rim conversion plum blossom nuts.
Removal and installation of one-piece or split nozzle extension rods.
Disassembly and assembly of detachable French (Presta) valve cores.

Step-by-Step Usage Guide

Step 1: Preparation

Prepare your injection tool kit and your preferred brand of tire self-rehydration fluid (sealant fluid must be purchased separately).

Step 2: Assemble the Injector

Connect the blue aluminum alloy threaded connector of the hose assembly to the threaded port at the bottom of the nylon injector syringe. Tighten it securely to establish a leak-proof seal.

Step 3: Extract the Sealant

Remove the terminal aluminum alloy air nozzle connector from the clear rubber hose. Insert the open hose end directly into your tire sealant bottle. Open the yellow non-return clamp, pull back the plunger to extract the desired volume of fluid, and then snap the clamp shut to lock the fluid inside. Re-attach the blue air nozzle connector to the hose end.

Step 4: For American (Schrader) Valves

Use the multi-function wrench to remove the inner Schrader valve core. Screw the blue aluminum alloy air nozzle connector directly onto the exposed threads of the Schrader valve stem. Push the hose firmly onto the connector, open the yellow clamp, and gently push the plunger to inject the fluid into the tire vacuum system.

Step 5: For French (Presta) Valves

Use the multi-function wrench to remove the detachable Presta valve core. Thread the blue aluminum alloy adapter onto the external threads of the Presta valve stem. Lock the hose assembly via the fitting, loosen the yellow pinch clamp, and steadily plunge the sealant into the road or mountain bike tire. Clean all components with fresh water immediately after use.
