RISK RL238 Press-Fit Bottom Bracket Removal Tool

The RISK RL238 Press-Fit Bottom Bracket Removal Tool is designed for removing press-fit bottom bracket cups from bicycle frames. It is suitable for common press-fit bottom bracket systems such as BB86, BB92, PF30, and other similar press-fit BB structures.

Made from aluminum alloy, the tool is lightweight, durable, and easy to operate. Its expandable split-end design allows the tool to flex and adapt to different press-fit bottom bracket cup sizes. Simply insert the tool through the bottom bracket, let the split end seat against the inner edge of the bearing cup, then tap the capped end with a suitable tool hammer until the cup is removed.

1. Insert the removal tool through the press-fit bottom bracket.
2. Push the tool in until the expandable end sits against the inner lip of the bottom bracket cup.
3. Use a suitable tool hammer to tap the capped end of the tool.
4. Continue tapping evenly until the bottom bracket cup is removed.

Tip: Keep the tool aligned during removal and avoid excessive force to reduce the risk of damaging the frame or bottom bracket shell.
