Overview

Hold round bicycle parts during service with a split aluminum jaw fixture in a compatible workbench vise.

Select by component diameter

TS-VI-05 covers the smaller marked diameters from 5 to 16 mm. TS-VI-06 covers marked diameters from 16.7 to 20.5 mm. TS-VI-07 covers selected diameters from 22.2 to 30 mm. TS-VI-08 and TS-VI-09 cover different selections in the 32 to 45 mm range. Check the individual hole sizes on the option image before choosing.

How the fixture is used

The two jaw halves sit in a workshop vise and surround the selected round component. Spring-assisted separation makes it easier to open the fixture between jobs. Use the jaw size that fits the actual clamping surface on the hub axle, fork part or seatpost.

Technical specifications

Five jaw profiles are offered as separate options. Match the size marked on the jaw to the diameter of the component.

Each fixture is approximately 240 mm long. Blue and black are available for TS-VI-05 through TS-VI-09.

One jaw fixture is supplied. The bench vise and bicycle components shown are for reference.
