Overview

Use the printed reference grid and the selected cleat opening to compare cleat position on the left and right cycling shoes.

Choose the opening by cleat system

Choose Shimano SPD-SL for the illustrated three-bolt road cleats or Shimano SPD for the illustrated two-bolt MTB cleats. The LOOK option is for the original KEO shape in the reference image. Compare the two lollipop-style variants individually because the domestic and Wahoo openings differ.

Using the reference grid

The grid makes it easier to compare fore-aft position, side-to-side offset and rotation between the two shoes. Use the selected opening as a repeatable reference during setup. The listing includes one board in the chosen variant. Shoes, pedals and cleats in the photos are reference items.

Technical specifications

Choose the board variant for your cleat system. The Shimano road option supports SPD-SL SM-SH10, SM-SH11 and SM-SH12. The Shimano MTB option supports SPD SM-SH51, SM-SH52 and SM-SH56.

The LOOK option is for the original LOOK KEO cleat shape shown. The domestic lollipop-type and Wahoo lollipop-type options use distinct openings.

The aluminum alloy board is approximately 225 × 290 mm and 8 mm thick. Cleats are shown for reference.
