Overview

Fit a compatible flat-mount disc brake caliper to a post-mount frame or fork where mounting clearance allows.

Select the adapter by the post-mount reference size

MR01 keeps the listed 160 or 180 mm reference diameter. The source examples for MR02 show a 160 mm reference mount with a 180 mm rotor, or a 180 mm reference mount with a 200 or 203 mm rotor. Use the mounting drawing for the selected adapter and confirm compatibility with your brake and frame.

Clearance and installation

Check the available room around the caliper on the fork or rear triangle, including the space for the adapter and bolts. The manufacturer’s images show front and rear examples. Follow the brake and frame makers’ mounting instructions and torque limits.

Technical specifications

MR01 is the +0 mm version. MR02 is the +20 mm version. Choose by the existing post-mount reference rotor size and desired rotor diameter.

Confirm frame or fork clearance and caliper fit before purchase. Each adapter includes the mounting hardware shown for its variant.
