Overview

Reset pistons in compatible four-piston hydraulic bicycle calipers with a parallel screw-driven spreading tool.

Choose by caliper opening

The H08 has a wider contact body than the H07 and is intended for compatible four-piston brake calipers. The body is approximately 37 mm wide and the illustrated spreading range is 7 to 12.5 mm. Compare these dimensions with your caliper.

Service and compatibility

The parallel plates spread as the screw advances to distribute contact across the piston faces. Follow the brake manufacturer’s pad removal and piston service steps. The supplied compatibility notes exclude Magura MT5, Magura MT7 and SRAM Guide four-piston models.

Technical specifications

The T-handle is approximately 80 mm wide. The illustrated working range is 7 to 12.5 mm.

Check caliper opening clearance before use. The source excludes Magura MT5, Magura MT7 and SRAM Guide four-piston models.
