Choose your front light by output and mounting style

These GIYO and CXWXC rechargeable bicycle front lights provide choices from 400 to 1600 lumens for road cycling, commuting and mountain-bike riding. Select the brightness, body style and control system that suit your bicycle. The range includes standard-lens models, T-series rotating-lens models, a silver wireless-remote option and the compact G26 plastic-body light. Each option supplies the selected front light; accessories vary with the model shown in its option photo.

Upright and inverted mounting options

The standard GL-M400, GL-M600 and GL-M800 are intended for upright installation. The GL-M400T, GL-M600T, GL-M800T, GL-M1200T, GL-M1500T and silver CX-L1500T have a rotating lens module for upright or inverted mounting. The silver 1600-lumen remote option also supports both positions. On the illustrated T-series lens, keep the low-beam symbol centered at the top after changing the mounting orientation. The clear light/dark cut-off boundary depends on correct lens orientation and beam aiming.

Brightness and lighting modes

The 400-, 600- and 800-lumen GL-M models and their corresponding T versions have six modes. The larger GL-M1200T and GL-M1500T use five modes. The silver remote-control light provides 1600 lumens, five modes and low-beam, high-beam or combined-beam operation. G26 provides 400 lumens and six modes. Use the option-specific specification chart rather than assuming every model has the same battery or runtime.

USB-C charging and battery indication

The product information specifies USB-C charging. The GL-M400/600/800 family and their T versions list a 5 V / 1 A charging input; the GL-M1200T and GL-M1500T charts list 5 V / 2 A. The GL-M800T battery illustration shows green above 80%, blue at 30–80% and red below 30%; its indicator can be checked by pressing the power button once in standby. The charging illustration distinguishes the red charging indicator on the smaller GL-M family from the green breathing indicator on the larger GL-M1200T/1500T. Follow the instructions supplied with your chosen model.

Mounts, housing and weather protection

The cylindrical GL-M lights and silver CX-L1500T use aluminum-alloy housings and are shown with handlebar clamp mounts. G26 uses an engineering-plastic housing and a quick-release buckle strap. The source specifies IP66 water resistance. Close the charging-port cover fully after charging. Check the mounting area, cable routing and accessory clearance before fitting a light; the illustrated computer extension brackets and bicycles are demonstration items.

Controls and compact dimensions

The illustrated GL-M800T guide includes mode memory and a lock function: with the light off, press the power button five times quickly to lock it; repeat to unlock it. The guide shows a red flashing indicator for locking and a green indicator for unlocking. Its mode illustration uses a single press for brightness changes and a double-click for flash modes. These instructions identify the illustrated model. The smaller GL-M standard and T-series dimension drawings show approximately 100 × 30 × 30 mm, while the GL-M1200T/1500T drawing shows approximately 110 × 30 × 30 mm. Refer to the diagrams for measurement orientation.

Package contents

The GL-M800T package example shows the lamp, retail box, handlebar clamp, inverted-mount adapter and charging cable. The silver 1600-lumen option is shown with a wireless remote. G26 is supplied without a charging cable, as stated in the purchase option. Select the correct option and refer to its photograph for the included mounting hardware. The separate extension mount shown with demonstration bicycles is not included unless pictured as part of your selected option.

Mounting and use

Fasten the supplied mount to a suitable bicycle mounting area and fully seat the lamp in its interface. For an inverted T-model installation, orient the lens module as shown before aiming the beam. Ensure the light and bracket are secure and leave the controls and charging cover accessible. Use the supplied model instructions for operation, charging and removal.
