Important Upgrade Advice

1. Guide Pulley (Upper Pulley)

The upper pulley (guide pulley) must be smaller than the lower pulley.
If the size is too large, it may hit the cassette.
Maximum recommended upgrade: +1 tooth compared to your current guide pulley.

Example: current guide pulley 11T, maximum upgrade 12T. 13T is not recommended for the top pulley.

2. Tension Pulley (Lower Pulley)

The lower pulley (tension pulley) has more clearance.
A larger size improves chain wrap and smoothness.
Recommended upgrade: +1 to +2 teeth compared to your current size.

Example: current tension pulley 11T, you may upgrade to 12T or 13T.

Actual clearance depends on derailleur design and cassette size. Please check clearance before upgrading.
